MIS is one of the most critical support units in the SAO.

  • The MIS Unit supports every individual that uses technology to perform their job in and out of Court. (Approximately 450 Users, 23 applications, 6 locations and 2 24 hour operations)
  • The MIS unit stores, backs-ups, and protects the integrity of all the data that is entered into the SAO Network/applications.
  • The MIS unit maintains and manages helpdesk support for VOIP and communication directly to ICORE with issues.
  • The MIS unit manages Email operations and provides all desktop support for Office 365.
  • The MIS Unit monitors and attempts to fix any software and hardware issues within the SAO and outside issue relating to the SAO/CJCC Networks. Approximately 800 pc of equipment
  • The MIS Unit is continually searching for ways to improve the efficiency and ease of work in an attempt to alleviate the overburdened ASA and support staff. Technology may be the only way to improve the staffing issues of the SAO.
  • The MIS Unit is attempting to improve and spread the philosophy that work can be a positive environment when employees are furnished with the proper advancement of tools to help them feel they can accomplish the requests made of them.
